Important Information for Illinois students
Once you have passed the exam, you will need to fill out an application, upload a copy of your NRFSP certificate, and pay the $35 certifcate issuance fee through the Illinois Department of Public Health website. Once approved, you will be able download and print your official Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate (FSSMC).
